Tito Scaiano takes research beyond the Ivory Tower

The business venture began as a small project to develop a standardized tool to study the yellowing effect of light on paper. The University of Ottawa’s researcher Juan Cesar (“Tito”) Scaiano was part of a network of pulp and paper researchers all tackling the same problem: how to prevent the yellowing of paper, particularly newsprint.
